As restrictions have eased around the world, we stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations. Travel is possible once again and we are doing our best to ensure that we help our travellers and staff travel as safely as possible!
How do I know if my tour is still running as planned?
Our tours are currently running as normal, without any restrictions. In the unlikely event we need to change your tour, you will receive an email from our customer service team. In the email, we will provide you with your options as a traveller.
What kind of precautions will be taken on tours?
We have implemented a number of additional protocols to ensure our travellers are as safe and protected as possible while travelling with us. Our team stays up to date with the rules and regulations of the countries our tours visit. Tour leaders are also on hand to inform travellers on the necessary health and safety information while on tour.
I want to cancel my trip, what are the cancellation fees?
If you cancel your tour, cancellation fees will apply.
